We will also make notes of the condition of the property and visible assets to assist in the decision of the likelihood of being able to recover outstanding debts if legal action is required.
In the event of the person being classed as a "Clear Out", our Agent will make provisional inquiries as to any forwarding address, agent or owners names if that information is forthcoming from the occupants or neighbours. The costs for a field call vary considerably - from $50.00 to $250.00 or more (plus GST) depending on where the call is to be made. We will report back to your office with any information after our agent has completed the Field Call and await your instructions to proceed with preparation of our final report and invoice.
